At Aura Farm Club, we curate accessories with attention to every detail so that your order feels as special as the pieces inside. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully

If you have any questions about your order, you can reach out to us via Email / WhatsApp / Instagram. Please allow us 24–48 business hours to respond.


Exchange & Store Credit Policy

  • We offer replacements or store credit under specific circumstances, which can only be redeemed on Aura Farm Club’s website.
  • Aura Farm Club does not accept returns or cash refunds for change of mind
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

When Exchanges / Store Credit Are Eligible

You can request a replacement or store credit if:

  1. The product arrives damaged during transit.
  2. The product received is different from what was ordered.

How to Request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Email / WhatsApp / Instagram with:
    • Your order number
    • video of  unboxing the item (unboxing video mandatory)
  • We’ll guide you through sending the item back.

Shipping for Returns:

  • once approved we will arrange the courier partner for you.
  • Once we receive the item, store credit will be issued within 3 business days, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • 0R, the replaced item will be sent.

Missing items:

  • Missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery to our customer support team.
  • Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered in our replacement policy.

 


Important Notes:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Store credit cannot be used on sale items.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewelry that is used, worn, or damaged by the customer is not eligible for replacement or credit.

When Replacements Are Not Available

We cannot replace or refund items in these situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Jewelry that has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Minor color or design variations due to the handcrafted nature of the item
  • Custom or personalized jewelry

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours.
  • Aura Farm Club will work with our delivery partner, Shiprocket, to arrange a replacement or store credit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled
