1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship through Shiprocket, which ensures reliable delivery across India.
• Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities/towns: 5–10 business days
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

•  A shipping charge of ₹99 will be added upon checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS from Shiprocket.
• You can track your order directly on the Shiprocket tracking page using this number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we ship only within India.
• We are not responsible for orders delayed due to incorrect addresses, courier issues, or customs procedures (if applicable).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• In the rare event your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us via call or Email.
• Aura Farm Club will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as per our return policy.
